VIII · Energy & calm
A moment entirely your own.
Reiki is a Japanese relaxation practice: you lie comfortably and fully clothed while hands rest gently on, or just above, the body. No pressure, no massage - just a quiet space that invites relaxation and gives the busy mind a pause.
The Ritual
A warm, quiet room. You lie down comfortably, fully clothed, close your eyes - breathe, let go.
Hands rest gently on different points of the body, or just above it - no pressure, no massage, no manipulation. The energy is free to flow wherever your body needs it most.
During the session many feel warmth, a fine tingling or a deep calm - everyone experiences it differently. At the end there is time to slowly come back.

Good to know
There’s nothing to bring and nothing you need to know - you stay dressed and simply make yourself comfortable. Many describe a feeling of lightness, inner clarity and deep relaxation afterwards; sleep often feels more restful, too.
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive practice - a space to pause and come back to yourself. It can accompany and support medical or therapeutic care, but never replaces it.
