The pelvic floor carries us - and yet it’s so often overlooked. EMChairX activates this deep musculature with magnetic impulses while you sit comfortably and fully clothed on the chair. A gentle, focused strengthening from within - especially valued after pregnancy - and just as effective for men.
The Treatment
You take a seat on the EMChairX fully clothed - ideally in comfortable clothing. No preparation, no changing.
Magnetic waves reach around eight centimetres deep into the pelvic floor and activate the muscles via their nerve pathways - up to 20,000 contractions per session, comfortable and painless. Twenty to thirty minutes, with the intensity in your hands via a remote control.
The first changes can sometimes be felt as early as the second session. Four to six sessions, ideally twice a week, form the base - after that, a top-up every three to six months is enough.

Good to know
On the day of your session simply wear comfortable clothing - that’s all you need, and you stay fully dressed. You sit back and relax on the chair while the impulses work deep below, controlling the intensity yourself with the remote.
A strong, well-supplied pelvic floor brings stability and control to everyday life - from postnatal recovery and bladder weakness to posture and core strength, for women and men alike. Your intimate life can noticeably benefit, too.
After the session, skip sport and alcohol for 48 hours - this is when the muscles regenerate and build up. The training is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with metal or electronic implants (such as a pacemaker), with epilepsy or blood-thinning medication, among other cases - just ask us beforehand and we’ll clarify it together.
